AI photoshoot pricing questions
Do I need an account for an AI photoshoot?
Not for one-time packs. You pay, and the order link arrives by email. Monthly plans, opening soon, will use an account; you sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email, no password.
Do unused monthly photos expire?
Unused AI photoshoot photos roll over for up to 2 months. For example, if you have 40 left at the end of January, you can still use them in February and March; from April they expire.
How does shooting from a reference work?
On the Max plan, add 1 reference photo you love and pick a scene. We borrow its pose and style and make the AI photoshoot with your face. We never copy anyone else’s face. Upload only photos you have the right to use.
Can I get a refund on my AI photoshoot?
One-time AI photoshoot packs: a full refund within 14 days if you haven't downloaded any photos. Monthly plans: a refund of the latest period if you haven't used any photos in it.
